As a sysadmin, I can identify with the IT guys at Cisco having their main website down for an hour (so far), today. It’s happening during the business hours, which just makes it worse since everyone’s awake and watching. I can see them panicking and scrambling behind the scenes, while their managers and business owners are screaming at each other.
Been there, done that, don’t want to be there no more!
