Weather here is getting warmer and sunny for the past week. I'm going to Florida next week, so hopefully the weather there is nice too! HD-DVD will always make things look a lot better. If you want to buy into HD movies right now, I can suggest the HD-DVD player because it's dirt cheap and high quality. But be warned there's a chance Sony's blu-ray will be the new standard for HD because of movie studios' support. However, blu-ray players are not cheap ($300+ still) and their standards are still not finalized. So if you want HD now, get HD-DVD. If you can wait for another year or two, get the blu-ray then.
