I don't believe in the bullshit that people tell you, 'If they don't keep in touch, they don't want to.' It simply isn't true. I'm a lazy creature, so I'll keep in touch with you guys (my online blogger friends) more than I will my 'real life' friends because I can sit at the computer all day and type away at you. If my friends responded to my emails and texts I would be better at keeping in touch. But they not, so I don't call or visit like I should. But it doesn't mean that I don't want to and I apply the same logic to anyone else - just because they haven't called me doesn't mean that they wouldn't want to hear from me... What was my point again? I could say I'm one of the most conflicted fans of technology because I love it but I hate it at the same time. It has made me lazy and dependent, but I'm not so sure I'm ready to live without it. I'm sure I am capable of living without it though.
